Agni Natchthiram in Bollywood:
Mani rathnam's Agni Natchthiram starring Karthik, Prabhu, is said to be remake in Hindi. Ajay Devgan is said to play the lead role in this remake. The remake rights of Agni Natchathiram are said to be with VG Entertainment Pvt Ltd. Let us wait and watch whether Agni Natchatiram will be a block buster of 2012.

Dam 999 the Controversial film gets Banned
Dam 999 gets banned:
Dam 999 the film which deals with Mullai Periyar issues has created rage among politicians. So they started protesting against the film in every sort of way. The film claims that even a medium quake can bring heavy damage to the Mullai Periyar dam and may lead into a heavy flood which can take thousands of lives. But politicians are opposing it coz of its sensitive issues.

Sohan Loy's first venture itself got him a big problem it seems; so the Tamil Nadu Film Exhibitors Association has arrived at a decision not to screen the controversial film. It may bring a heavy loss to the production side but there is nothing to do with the Ban issued. Dam 999 carries huge star cast including Ashish Vidyarthi, Vimala Raman and Vinay in their respective roles.
Kishore as Veerappan in Vanayudham
Biopic on Veerappan:
Actor Kishore is also shooting for Vanayudham, a biopic on sandalwood smuggler Veerappan. Directed by A M R Ramesh, the film is expected to be a huge break for Kishore. 'I have been intrigued by Veerappan's personal. I have been reading a lot about him, too. The movie will also be made in Kannada titled Attahasa', says Kishore.

On the challenges playing the role, he says, 'every role is demanding. Every character is tough to portray. For this role, I had to lose five kgs. The movie has a huge star cast and Kishore is confident that it would get me more laurels.
Yuvanshankarraja's Kazhugu audio Rocks
The audio of Kazhugu was launched in a grand manner in Chennai on Wednesday. The movie is being produced by Talking Times Movies and Arun Film Entertainers’ Kazhugu, features Krishna and Bindhu Madhavai in the lead roles. The movie is being directed by debutant Sathyasiva. Directors Sakthi Chidambaram, S P Jananathan and R K Selvamani, producer P L Thenappan were present on the occasion.

Director Visnuvardhan, the elder brother of actor Krishna, said, 'Yuvan Shankar Raja's music is groovy. I enjoy it'. Actor and MLA Sarath Kumar also spoke on the occasion.
