Sasikumar who has portrayed two different roles in Samuthirakani's Porali is set to hit the screens this December 1st. Nadodigal which came with low expectations on 2009, turned out to be the biggest hit of the year. It didn't stop with there, the film won various awards and at various big occasions. So expectations are very high for Porali.
The story revolves around the struggle of Tamil People in Srilanka with present day situation. It is a Sensitive story yet will be filled with all commercial elements to make it successful says Samuthirakani. The film, also features Telugu actors Allari Naresh and Swati Reddy of Subramaniyapuram fame along with Vasundhara and Ganja Karuppu in pivotal roles
