Rajamouli’s experimental film Eega is not yet complete and the director says he needs time to announce the expected release date of the film. “I can’t tell the release date until the shooting is done,” he said. Rajamouli is also making this film in Tamil as Naan Ee.
There have been reports that Eega is being dubbed in Tamil, but Rajamouli clarifies that it is a true bilingual film. Every shot is being shot two times in Telugu and Tamil, he told. Nani is a known face in Tamil and Samantha hails from Tamilnadu.
Even Sudeep is known to the Tamilians, so there won’t be any changes in the star cast for both the versions. This will mark Rajamouli’s debut in Tamil. Most of his films were either dubbed or remade in Tamil and Tamil film buffs are aware of his special skills as a director. Naan Ee would surely grab the eyeballs over there.
