Superstar Rajinikanth who has been visiting many functions recently seems to have shown interest in watching the Diwali releases. The star who went to sathyam cinemas watched the first day show of 7am Arivu with the entire crew. After the movie got over, the Superstar appreciated the efforts of Surya and AR Murugadoss and said this will be one of its kind in Tamil Cinema.
After a few days the Superstar shown interest in watching Vijay's Velayudham, but since he was requested to avoid outside movements for a while after the recent travels. The movie was specially screened in the superstar's home it seems. He enjoyed the movie thoroughly and overwhelmed the performance of Vijay. Then later he contacted Vijay through phone and wished him success for Shankar's Nanban.
