Akkineni Nagarjuna recently launched a film school with international standards in Hyderabad. International school of Film plus Media (ISFM) is roping in the best available in South Indian film industry. Prakash Raj is in charge of acting department and there are many other big wigs who will supervise various departments.
Kamal Haasan is likely to be a part of the academic advisory council at International School of Film and Media (ISFM), owned by Nagarjuna. Kamal Haasan will be helping the team in designing the course curriculum while actress Anushka Shetty is also likely to be a part of the faculty team.
ISFM will kick start with three courses: an acting certificate course, a practical film making course and a direction certificate course. Reportedly almost 1, 000 students have enrolled themselves for various courses in ISFM.
Students will also study dance, fitness, yoga and voice modulation. The direction course will have a 10-day external workshop, where students will be taught shooting and editing techniques to so that they can appreciate the aspects of practical film making.
Eight weeks training will be started on October 31st. Meanwhile Nagarjuna is making sure to get the best available for this school.
