Vishal's Samaran goes to floors

Vishal's much-ambitious project Samaran went to floors recently. Vishal is teaming up with director Thiru who worked together in Theeratha Vilaiyattu Pillai before.Samaran will have Trisha as the leading lady.

Shriya Reddy, Vishal's sister-in-law has tweeted 'Vishal is off to Ooty for his first schedule of Samaran directed by Thiru produced by Ramesh,' Vishal plays the role of a forest trekker.

Yuvan Shankar Raja will score music for the movie. It is said that Trisha was highly impressed with the script and accepted the offer immediately.

Thiru who directed Theeradha Vilaiyattu Pillai is directing a film titled Samaran (means warrior). The film has Vishal and Trisha in the lead roles. Versatile actor Prakash Raj is playing a crucial role in this movie. T Ramesh is producing the movie on Balaji Real Media. Yuvan Shankar Raja is scoring music for this action thriller, dialogues by popular writer S Ramakrishnan and lyrics by Na Muthukumar

Vishal is playing the role of a forest guide who guides the people going for trekking. The story revolves around how Vishal comes out of the problems he faces in China. It is heard that Vishal is sporting a new look for this movie. The shooting of this film will commence from October 28 in Chalakudy.

Buzz is that Samaran will go to floors soon and that it carries an international theme.

Vishal is in the role of a forest trekker in a hill station in Tamilnadu. For some reasons, he is forced to go to China, where he comes across interesting and tough situations. How he overcomes them forms the crux. Vishal is upbeat to start shooting and rumours are that he might play a dual role - that of the baddie in the film too.

Vishal’s home banner is producing it and his brother’s wife Shreya Krishna looks after production. Vijay Anthony has compiled songs which were released yesterday. Some sources claimed that the movie will be based on the Telugu Souryam but Prabu Deva cleared the clouds that there are sure changes over the Telugu film.
